How To Use A Throws?

If you're looking to improve your game and want to become a more powerful thrower, learning how to use throws effectively is essential. A throw can be used for offensive or defensive purposes, so it's important to understand the different uses and proper techniques for using them.

There are three types of throws: backhand, fronthand, and overhead. Each has its own unique benefits and uses. Here are the basics on each:

Backhand Throws : The backhand throw is most commonly used for attacking the opposition. To execute a backhand throw, hold your throwing arm at shoulder height with your palm facing forward. Throw the ball by extending your arm backward and rotating your wrist so that the ball sails through the air towards your target. Make sure to keep your elbow close to your body to increase accuracy.

Fronthand Throws : The fronthand throw is ideal for defending against an attack. To execute a forehand throw, hold your throwing arm at shoulder height with your palm facing sideways. Throw the ball by extending your arm forward and rotating your wrist so that the ball sails through the air towards your target. Again, make sure to keep your elbow close to your body to increase accuracy.

Overhead Throws : An overhead throw is useful when you need to get rid of the ball quickly or when you don't have enough space to take a normal shot. To execute an overhead throw, hold your throwing  arm at shoulder height with your palm facing forward. Throw the ball by extending your arm upward and rotating your wrist so that the ball sails through the air above your head. Make sure to keep your elbow close to your body to increase accuracy.
